Refund Policy for ViralPay
At ViralPay, we strive to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience for all our users, including both brands and influencers. Our refund policy is designed to address refund requests in a fair and transparent manner. Please read this policy carefully before using our platform.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable in the following scenarios:
Campaign Not Launched:
- If the brand cancels a campaign before it is launched or before any influencer has accepted the offer.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
Incomplete Campaign Delivery:
- If an influencer fails to deliver agreed-upon content as per the campaign terms.
- Brands must provide evidence of non-delivery or breach of agreement.
Platform Errors:
- If a payment was made in error due to a technical issue on the ViralPay platform.
Note: Refunds are not applicable for campaigns that have been successfully launched and where influencers have started delivering content or completed the campaign objectives.
2. Refund Process
- Request Submission:
- Submit a refund request by emailing viralpay.official@gmail.com with the following details:
- - Payment receipt or transaction ID
- - Campaign details (if applicable)
- - Reason for the refund request
- Evaluation Period:
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days
- ViralPay may request additional information or evidence during the evaluation process
- Approval or Rejection:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval
- Rejected refund requests will be accompanied by a detailed explanation
3. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction. If the original payment method is unavailable, alternative arrangements may be discussed. If the refund is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- The campaign has been completed successfully, and deliverables were met as agreed
- Dissatisfaction with influencer performance unless there is a clear breach of contract
- Failure to request a refund within the specified timeframe (7 days for pre-launch cancellations)
- Issues arising from third-party payment providers or delays outside ViralPay's control
5. Cancellation Policy
For Brands:
- Brands can cancel a campaign before any influencers accept the offer for a full refund
- Cancellations after influencer acceptance may be subject to partial refunds, depending on the campaign progress
For Influencers:
Influencers are not eligible for refunds as they do not make payments but are required to adhere to the terms of the campaigns they accept.
